Bellevue Expands Business in Germany
Bellevue Asset Management is expanding its business in Germany. The asset manager, which specializes in healthcare investments, announced on Wednesday that it has hired Eylem Cetin-Hansmeyer, an experienced sales specialist.
Cetin-Hansmeyer took up her new role on August 1, 2025, and will be responsible for sales in Northern Germany. She reports to Gökay Safak, Head of Sales Germany.
Career in Germany
Cetin-Hansmeyer brings over 20 years of experience in serving institutional and semi-institutional clients. She began her career at Deutsche Bank and Axa Investment Managers. She then spent almost ten years at Universal Investment, where she played a key role in further developing the client segments. Other positions included roles at Commerzbank and, most recently, Serafin Asset Management, where she served as Director Sales Germany/Austria.
Her supervisor Safak commented on the recruitment: «She will play a central role in further expanding our client base and sharpening our profile in the region.»
Bellevue has been suffering for some time from the weak performance of the healthcare sector and is working to cut costs and reduce headcount, as was reaffirmed during the presentation of the half-year figures in July.
