Baloise Poaches Executive From NPB Neue Privat Bank

Baloise has appointed Joël Renggli as a multi-asset trader and member of the executive board. According to his LinkedIn page, Renggli assumed the position in Mai.
In his new role, Renggli is responsible for executing capital market transactions across equities, bonds, funds, options (EUREX), and FX at Baloise Bank. He also co-manages the bank’s liquidity position and conducts money market operations, including the strategic handling of FX reserves and REPO transactions.
From NPB and UBS to Baloise
The new executive joined from NPB Neue Private Bank, where he most recently served as a junior relationship manager UHNWI International. In this function, he co-managed a portfolio of international HNW and UHNW clients with a focus on the Middle East. He previously spent nearly seven years at UBS. After joining the firm via an internship in 2017, he later held several roles within the bank’s external asset management division.
