GenTwo Set to Expand to London Financial Hub

The Swiss company GenTwo is now expanding into the UK as planned. Entering the British market marks a significant milestone in its global growth strategy, granting GenTwo access to one of the world’s leading financial centers, according to a statement released on Friday.

«The dynamic financial ecosystem in London and the UK’s innovation-friendly environment make it an ideal launchpad for our international expansion,» said CEO and Co-Founder Philippe Naegeli.

Goran Gusic has been appointed to lead the UK branch. «The UK market, with its financial expertise and innovative strength, is primed for the transformation that GenTwo offers,» says Gusic.

The international expansion was announced in early September, with plans for a U.S. office in 2025.

Securitization through AMCs

GenTwo specializes in securitizing previously non-tradable assets through Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs), a process they term «Assetization».

This model enables rapid, cost-effective, and flexible creation of tailored investment products, unlocking access to new markets and asset classes. GenTwo operates separate platforms for asset managers and banks, respectively.

Since its founding, the company has partnered with over 300 clients across 26 countries, issuing more than 1,400 products with a cumulative value surpassing $5 billion.

Expansion into the U.S market is planned for 2025.
