PKB Private Bank Revamps Its Asset Management

PKB Private Bank has carried out a reorganisation. Since the beginning of October, the Asset Management & Advisory department has been renamed Investment Solutions and is integrated into the Group Wealth Solutions division, headed by Alfonso Rivolta. This could strengthen synergies in the management of products and services for customers, in line with the group's strategic guidelines, according to the announcement sent out on Tuesday.

This integration leads to several changes in the private bank's organizational chart: Sascha Kever, previously Deputy Head of Asset Management and Head of Fixed Income, will take over the position of CIO and will thus be responsible for the investment strategies of the client portfolios.  Raimondo Morandi takes over the position of Head of Portfolio Management after many years of experience in asset management for international clients.

Upgrading Group Wealth Solutions

Kever and Morandi will report directly to Alfonso Rivolta.

The bank describes the strengthening of Group Wealth Solutions as a significant step in providing clients with a comprehensive service with innovative, high-quality wealth management and investment solutions.

Family-Owned

The family-owned PKB Private Bank is the parent company of a banking group, which also includes the Italian Private bank Cassa Lombarda, which specialises in private banking and wealth management solutions.

Its headquarters is located in Lugano and has Swiss offices in Zurich and Geneva. The assets under management of the bank, which was founded in 1958, reached 12 billion francs at the end of 2023.
