Patrick Hunger: Fintech Devotee

Patrick Hunger was an unusual boss at Saxo Bank Switzerland: the Danish online bank is mainly a tech firm, and the Swiss banker understood his job as an enabler of digitization. This was illustrated by his opening of Swiss branches for fintechs, advancing him to a key player in the start-up scene. 

He left banking in February to take on «digital transformation projects». Swiss finance has no shortage of such projects – or Hunger could end up at a start-up himself.
