Pictet AM Appoints New Co-Head of Sales from Robeco

Malick Badjie joined Pictet Asset Management (Pictet AM) on May 1, 2026, as Global Co-Head of Sales and a member of the Executive Committee. He shares this role with Niall Quinn, according to a statement released on Wednesday.

Prior to this move, Badjie spent nine years at Robeco in Rotterdam, most recently serving as Global Head of Sales & Marketing and a member of the Executive Committee. Before that, he worked for more than nine years at BlackRock in London and New York, according to his LinkedIn profile. He brings 23 years of experience in senior client-facing roles across London, the United States, and the Middle East.

Both Malick Badjie and Niall Quinn report directly to Raymond Sagayam, Managing Partner and Co-CEO of Pictet AM.

Head of Sales Europe Steps Down

Badjie succeeds Luca Di Patrizi, who will step down from his current role as Head of Sales Europe in September 2026 after 27 years with the asset manager.

He will serve as a strategic advisor until his retirement and will continue to report to Sagayam in this capacity.
