Shareholders of Regiobank Männedorf Approve Merger

At the general meeting held on Thursday, the shareholders of Regiobank Männedorf (RBM) approved the merger with Acrevis Bank by a large majority, according to a statement. The transaction remains subject to approval by the Acrevis general meeting on (today) 27 March 2026, as well as clearance from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority Finma.

The RBM Board of Directors is convinced that the merger with Acrevis will open up long-term prospects for clients, employees and shareholders, the statement added.

Following the merger, clients of Regiobank Männedorf are set to benefit from the infrastructure, expertise and expanded offering of a larger regional bank. At the same time, personal service and the bank’s regional roots in Männedorf will be maintained.
