Incore Bank has appointed Igor Djurdjevic as Head of Corporate Services effective 1 February and has named him to the Executive Board. He will be responsible for the areas of Risk Control, Compliance, Finance and Legal.

Djurdjevic succeeds René Hertach, who built up the Corporate Services division and retired at the end of January 2026, according to a statement issued on Tuesday.

Most recently, Djurdjevic held a senior position at Bergos Privatbank. His previous professional roles include positions at Habib Bank in Zurich, DZ Privatbank, Appway, VP Bank and BHF-Bank Switzerland, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Implementation of Regulatory Requirements

He brings many years of management experience in the areas of Risk Control and Compliance, Incore added. In his new role, Djurdjevic will assume strategic oversight of the Corporate Services functions. A particular focus will be on the consistent implementation of regulatory requirements as well as on the further development of efficient and compliant financial and control processes.

By expanding the Executive Board, Incore Bank is strengthening its leadership structure and underlining its commitment to high regulatory standards and responsible corporate governance.
