According to information published on his LinkedIn profile, Jeffrey Vögeli has taken over as Head of Media Relations at EFG International in Zurich as of November 2025. In this function, he reports to Katrin Schaad, Head of Public Relations & Stakeholder Communications.

Vögeli joins the private bank from communications consultancy FGS Global, where he most recently served as Managing Director after more than two years advising clients in financial and transaction-related communications.

Focus on Swiss Finance

Before moving into corporate communications, he spent nearly a decade as a business journalist focused on Swiss finance. He was Ressortleiter Unternehmen at Finanz und Wirtschaft and earlier an editor at finews.ch. His previous experience includes reporting for Bloomberg, Handelszeitung, and Bilanz.

Vögeli holds a Master’s degree in law and economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). At EFG, he succeeds Patrick Friedli who joined Swiss Prime Site Head Group Communications in October.
