Lombard Odier’s New Flagship Headquarters

At the official opening, Lombard Odier emphasized the strategic significance of the new building, which consolidates more than 2,000 employees previously spread across six different Geneva locations under one roof.

«This new headquarters underscores our growth ambitions and what we stand for as a bank,» said Hubert Keller, Senior Managing Partner. «It also reflects our long-term commitment to Geneva and our confidence in Switzerland’s financial sector.»

For Herzog & de Meuron, the Bellevue project is their first in the region—and more than just a testament to the bank’s innovative spirit. «This project proves that ‘Rethink Everything’ is more than just a slogan for Lombard Odier. Together, we have created a one-of-a-kind work environment that showcases this exceptional location to its fullest,» said Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron.

The new building meets the highest sustainability standards. Its energy concept combines the GeniLac heating and cooling system powered by Lake Geneva with solar panels, a central atrium for natural light, and more than 160 newly planted trees, significantly reducing its environmental footprint.

The architecture reflects transparency, flexibility, and the bank’s «One Team» philosophy. Features include a 500-seat auditorium, state-of-the-art client areas, and open, light-filled workspaces designed to foster collaboration and efficiency. Interior designer Rodolphe Parente opted for timeless materials and a premium aesthetic.

The relocation of employees to the new site will be completed by the end of October.
