Capgemini Appoints New Country Head for Switzerland

Effective as of early June, Martin Weis has taken over the leadership of Capgemini in Switzerland, the company announced only recently. He succeeds Guido Kamann, who is leaving the firm.

According to the statement, Weis brings over 25 years of experience across various industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, and banking. His areas of expertise also include the implementation of digital platforms, shared services, and strategic advisory on AI solutions.

Previously, he worked at Infosys Consulting, where he most recently served as Managing Director for the German and Swiss markets. His earlier career also includes roles at McKinsey and EY, both in Zurich. According to his LinkedIn profile, he also spent several years at the management consultancy Detecon International and at Daimler in Stuttgart.

In his new role, Weis will support Capgemini’s growth ambitions in Switzerland.
