Valartis May Delist ENR Russia from the Stock Exchange
ENR Russia will be delisted on January 20. SIX Exchange Regulation has approved the application to delist all of the financial company's shares, as detailed in a press release.
The regulator SER approved the company's application on Thursday, ENR Russia also announced on Friday.
The last trading day for ENR Russia bearer shares with a nominal value of 12.40 Swiss francs each is therefore January 17, 2025, and the delisting will take place on January 20..
Takeover Last Year
ENR Russia was taken over by the Valartis financial group, which acquired a 99.76 percent stake following a public takeover bid. The delisting of ENR Russia was decided at an Extraordinary General Meeting in December. The value of the shares in the squeeze-out procedure is 12.40 francs.
In addition to Switzerland, the Valartis financial group is also active in Germany and Austria. Since the sale of Valartis Bank and Asset Management to Geneva-based Banque Cramer in 2014, Valartis has held almost 30 percent of its owner Norinvest.
