Christian Trixl’s LinkedIn profile still lists him as CEO of Amundi Switzerland, but that is no longer the case. Marco Büchler is now leading the asset manager, having officially assumed the role on Monday.

Büchler has 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Before joining Amundi, he was Managing Director at Capital Group, where he was responsible for the company’s operations in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco.

The reason for Trixl’s departure remains unclear. "I can only confirm that Christian Trixl will be leaving the company," the press office told finews.ch upon request. Trixl had served as CEO of Amundi Switzerland since 2019.
