Zurich's Sobaco Group Restructures and Aims for Expansion
The Incore Group provides financial and ICT solutions, as well as consulting and project services, to 300 banks, asset managers, financial intermediaries, and companies both domestically and internationally.
The group also includes Incore Bank, an internationally-oriented and licensed institution operating within Switzerland. As a B2B transaction bank, Incore Bank offers solutions and services for both traditional and digital assets to other banks, financial service providers, and companies.
Incore Technology, also based in Switzerland, focuses on the outsourcing of banking and financial services, while Germany-based Incore Asset Management Solution complements the offering with its digital wealth management platform, «MyWebDepot.»
Incore Bank Eyes International Expansion
The group is now operating under the unified brand «Incore» and has adopted a new corporate identity in celebration of its 40th anniversary, according to a statement released on Monday. To enhance its international presence, strengthen connectivity, and explore new market opportunities, Incore Bank is considering establishing representative offices across Europe.
