Leonteq and Private Bank Bergos Join Forces in Sales Collaboration
According to a press release on Thursday, Leonteq and Bergos will collaborate to develop and distribute structured products under a white-label issuance model.
The collaboration aims to jointly develop and distribute structured products under a white-label issuance model. In this arrangement, Bergos will utilize Leonteq's technology platform to evaluate and trade products guaranteed by Bergos, as further detailed in the announcement.
First Products Expected This Year
The first structured products guaranteed by Bergos are expected to be available on Leonteq's platform later this year, subject to regulatory approvals.
Bergos, an independent Swiss private bank based in Zurich, focuses on private wealth management. With over 130 employees, the bank specializes in advising on both liquid and illiquid asset classes, alternative investments, and private markets. As of the end of 2023, the customer assets managed by Bergos amounted 7.3 billion Swiss francs.
