Carolina Sandmeier has been appointed Head of Capital Markets Coverage at Vicenda, the company announced on Wednesday.
Sandmeier brings over 20 years of experience in investment banking, wealth management, and private markets. She began her career in management consulting and then worked as an analyst and credit risk manager at Zurich Insurance Group.

From Zurich Group to Credit Suisse

Sandmeier joined Credit Suisse in 2006, where she took on several client-centric and leadership roles in fixed income derivatives and cross-asset solutions, spanning both investment banking and global wealth management. Most recently, she served as Head of Client Services & Coverage in the Private Markets Group.

Expanding the Offering

Under Carolina Sandmeier’s leadership, Vicenda will expand its capital markets services to include equity financing solutions, such as advisory services for restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. The offerings, spanning the entire capital structure, are targeted at companies with capital needs ranging from 10 to 75 million euros.
