Leva Expands Board of Directors

Leva Capital Partners, a financial intermediary specializing in private equity, is expanding its board of directors in preparation for its next phase of growth. CTO Alexander di Chiara, representing the founding team, has been appointed chairman. CEO Philippe Teissonnière, also a representative of the founding team, will join the board. In addition, Tuesday’s announcement revealed that Günther Dobrauz-Saldapenna, representing the investors, and Stefan Jud, as an independent member, have been appointed to the board.

Dobrauz-Saldapenna is currently Managing Partner at Dobrauz-Saldapenna 1858, a family office focused on direct and indirect investments and advisory services. As a former Partner and Head of Legal FS Regulatory & Compliance Services at PwC Switzerland, he brings extensive expertise in regulatory compliance matters to the company.

Jud, a seasoned legal expert, is currently a partner at Badertscher Attorneys at Law. At Leva, his legal and financial expertise is expected to drive innovative investment solutions.

Headquartered in Zurich and Stettlen with 20 employees, Leva provides its clients with a comprehensive all-in-one platform designed to simplify and optimize private market (private equity) co-investments.
