Bank Cler: New Board Member Elected, More Changes Ahead
At the extraordinary general meeting of Bank Cler on July 15, 2024, Silvio Hutterli was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors. He will also chair the Audit Committee.
Hutterli has been a partner at the law firm Schochauer since 2019.
He succeeds Cornelia Gehrig, who stepped down from the Board of Directors at the end of June 2024 to focus on international industrial mandates. Gehrig had been a member of the board since March 2021 and also chaired the Audit Committee and served on the Risk Committee.
Two More Changes Announced
Maya Salzmann and Christian Wunderlin will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the next ordinary general meeting next year. Salzmann has been a member of the board since June 2019, and Wunderlin since April 2015.
