Geneva Private Bank Reorganizes on Real Estate Platform
Ralf Kind will become CEO of the German division of Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management (REIM). The company announced this on Monday. Kind is currently serving as Head of Real Estate Debt at REIM, a role he will continue to hold.
Developing New Equity Strategies
According to the announcement, Kind will focus on expanding existing and new equity strategies for the real estate market. There is growth potential particularly in the logistics/industrial and office real estate sectors. At the same time, he will expand the pan-European debt funds business.
In his role, he will report to Pierre Jacquot and Arnaud Andrieu, the Co-CEOs of Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management.

Managing Director: Personnel Announcement to Follow Later
At the same time, Edmond de Rothschild REIM announces the appointment of a Managing Director based in Frankfurt. The goal is to further drive the growth of the debt funds business in Europe. The name will be published at a later date.
Edmond de Rothschild REIM manages assets of 13 billion Swiss francs, focusing on specific investment strategies in markets with a strong ESG focus.
