The advisers at Zuger Kantonalbank will receive the tablet-based tool eVoja from Swisscom to assist them performing their daily tasks, the telecommunications company said in a statement. eVoja provides relationship managers with the necessary technology to instantly address customer needs during meetings and to visualize different solutions.

«By using eVoja, we are strengthening our advisory competence,» said Pascal Niquille, the head of the executive board of Zuger Kantonalbank. «We also shorten the preparation and review time of our advisers, who thanks to the tablet have all necessary information at hand.»

Swisscom already sold eVoja to Schwyzer Kantonalbank and in parts to Graubuendner Kantonalbank. Four other smaller cantonal banks have decided to buy the tool and currently are in the process of introducing the product.
