Mirabaud Expands Its Presence in Western Switzerland
Mirabaud is opening a new office in Lausanne, thereby strategically strengthening its activities in French-speaking Switzerland. With this move, the long-established family-owned bank aims to be closer to its clients in the region and to generate further growth in its domestic market, according to a statement released on Thursday.
The new office at Avenue du Théâtre 14 will primarily serve clients from the cantons of Vaud, Fribourg, Jura and Valais. Lausanne is considered a strategically important hub for Mirabaud due to its strong ties to entrepreneurs, investors and wealthy families, the statement added.
More Than Traditional Wealth Management
The new office will be headed by Louis Fauchier-Magnan, Equity Partner and Head of Wealth Management for French-speaking Switzerland. He will be supported by Pascal Meilland, Team Leader and Director. The team is expected to be gradually expanded with additional local specialists.
In addition to traditional wealth management services, Mirabaud will offer an extended range of services in Lausanne. These include wealth and estate planning, pension solutions, as well as private equity offerings and club deals. The bank also intends to strengthen its regional presence in venture capital, notably through its involvement in initiatives such as EPFL’s «Seed Night» and the «Blaze» programme.
«This opening is a natural continuation of our development,» said Fauchier-Magnan. The aim is to support clients even more closely and over the long term, while also building new relationships in the region.
