Cinerius Subsidiary Repositions Itself and Appoints New Leadership

The SSI Group, which has grown into one of Switzerland’s leading independent wealth managers in recent years through numerous acquisitions, is planning its next step in expansion. Subject to approval by the financial market regulator, the company aims to enter the institutional business. With this move, it seeks to further diversify its offering and tap into additional sources of growth.

As part of this strategic realignment, the Zurich-based wealth manager Huber & Partner, which joined the group in early 2025, will be fully integrated into SSI Wealth Management, headquartered in Bäch.

New Co-CEO Duo Takes the Helm

The group is also reorganizing its structure: Werner Huber, founder of Huber & Partner, joined the executive board on April 1, 2026, and will assume operational leadership as Co-CEO alongside Oliver Amstad, co-founder of SSI Wealth Management AG. While Huber will be responsible for the Zurich office, Amstad will lead operations in Bäch. The executive board continues to be complemented by COO Christoph Schlauri.

The current CEO, Manuel Imhof, will leave the company at the end of May 2026.

The SSI Group is currently present in Zurich, Bäch, Balzers, Küsnacht, and Hombrechtikon. As of the end of 2025, it managed assets totaling around 2,9 billion francs.

Under the umbrella of SSI Holding—a subsidiary of Cinerius Financial Partners based in Zug—several specialized entities are bundled, including SSI Wealth Management, SSI Asset Management, Carnot Capital, SSI Services, and Monoval Vermögensverwaltung.
