As of 1 April 2026, Ruben Feldman will assume responsibility for the «ESG Strategy & Development» division. According to a statement released on Thursday, he succeeds Fabio Pellizzari, who will go on to lead the Index Solutions unit.

Ruben Feldman has been with Zurich Kantonalbank since 2020 and most recently served as deputy head of the sustainability division. In this role, he played a key part in shaping the further development and implementation of the bank’s proprietary sustainability strategy. Among other things, he was involved in building the «Sustainalyzer» analysis platform, which today plays a central role in Zurich Kantonalbank’s asset management business and is also used across divisions.

From Robeco to ZKB

Prior to joining Zurich Kantonalbank, Feldman held senior positions at sustainability specialist RobecoSAM as well as at index provider STOXX. There, he was responsible for teams in quantitative research and led cross-divisional projects in business development, among other roles.
