In its 20th year, the international consulting and fiduciary firm Kendris is restructuring. It is introducing a holding structure and relocating its headquarters from Zurich to Zug, according to a statement released on Thursday.

Under the umbrella of the holding company, the newly established joint-stock companies Kendris Switzerland, Kendris International, and Kendris Services will be grouped. The goal is to «strengthen the existing client segments structurally and manage them in a more differentiated manner,» referring to private clients, corporate clients, and institutional clients.

International Clients’ Companies Brought to Zug

In the institutional segment, Kendris Capital Ltd. complements the offering. With the new structure, Kendris also expects to enhance transparency within the group and sharpen its profile as an independent, owner-managed company.

The choice of Zug as the domicile of the new holding is justified by the growing importance of this location. In recent years, Kendris has established companies for numerous international clients in Zug. «By relocating and expanding the headquarters, the group underscores its clear commitment to Switzerland as a location and strengthens its physical presence,» the communiqué states.

In Switzerland, Kendris operates not only in Zurich and Zug but also in Aarau and Geneva. The domestic market serves as a starting point for numerous complex national and international mandates. «The local Swiss fiduciary business with owner-managed companies and SMEs remains a central strategic business area.»

Internationally, Kendris maintains offices in London, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Dubai, Singapore, and the United States. The company emerged in 2005 from a management buyout from KPMG and today employs 210 people.
