The Zurich asset manager, Finezia, has named Rouven Bazlen as a new partner and relationship manager. Bazlen, who is based in Zurich, assumed the position this November, finews.com can reveal.

In his new role, Bazlen is responsible for growing the Finezia client base with a strong focus on the greater Zurich area. He reports to the firm’s CEO, Peter Kaufmann.

Two decades in private banking

Bazlen has over 20 years of private banking and wealth management experience. Bazlen was most recently a relationship manager UHNWI Switzerland within the global wealth management division of UBS. He spent several years in the same role at both Credit Suisse and Julius Baer. From 2006 until 2013, he held various posts at Credit Suisse in Singapore and Switzerland, where he refined his private banking expertise. Bazlen started his career at UBS as a portfolio management assistant in 2001.

Finezia is an independent asset manager with offices in Zurich and Lucerne. The company was founded in 2017.
