Microsoft Switzerland has appointed a new Head of Human Resources: Reinhard Nissl takes over as HR Director for Switzerland, succeeding Shipra Singh, who will assume the position of HR Director for Enterprise Partner Solutions within Microsoft, the technology company announced on Thursday.

According to the statement, Nissl will become a member of the Swiss leadership team and will additionally oversee HR operations in Germany and Austria. He will report to Sarah Sherertz Vogt, Vice President HR, EMEA.

With over 20 years of experience at Microsoft, Nissl brings extensive expertise in talent management, leadership development, and business transformation. Since joining the company in 2005, he has held numerous leadership positions — including HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe and Global HR Lead for Microsoft Business Solutions.
