Coeo Switzerland,  a subsidiary of the European debt collection group Coeo, has named Barna Bokor as its new chief commercial officer.

In his new role, Bokor is responsible for coeo’s strategic expansion in the Swiss market and developing the firm’s long-term partnership. He also focuses on driving coeo’s position as a leading provider of digital, transparent, and customer-centric receivables management.

«The Swiss market offers enormous potential for modern and fair receivables management solutions,» Bokor said. 

Global Product Manager for Digital Payments

Bokor joins from Zurich Insurance, where he was most recently the global product manager for digital payments. While based in Zurich, he implemented a digital payment solution into the firm’s internal product portfolio and led its rollout across eight business units.

He was previously the country manager for Austria at the fintech Pair Finance. At Pair Finance, he played a key role in establishing the firm as a brand for digital receivables management in the Austrian market.

Commenting on the appointment, Christian Gieler, the CEO of Coeo stated, «With Barna Bokor, we are gaining an expert who will further strengthen our position in Switzerland. His experience in developing innovative solutions and his local market knowledge make him the ideal candidate for this key role.»
