ZKB Expands Asset Management Sales

Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) is expanding its Asset Management. Hans-Jörg Morath, Yves Béréhouc and Ramon Vogt are joining the sales team for the Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) division.

In this way, ZKB aims to ensure growth: «The offering in this area under the Swisscanto product brand is currently the second largest in Switzerland, with assets under management of around 163 billion Swiss francs,» according to a press release issued on Tuesday.

Hans-Jörg Morath joined ZKB Asset Management as the new Head of ETF Sales in December 2024. Effective April 1, 2025, the team will be further strengthened by the addition of Yves Béréhouc as Senior Sales Manager ETF. They will report to Ramon Vogt, Head of Wholesale Switzerland.

From DWS to ZKB

Before joining ZKB, Morath worked at DWS, overseeing private banks and digital channels in Switzerland. He was responsible for distributing the full range of ETFs.

Focus on Western Switzerland

Béréhouc has worked in ETF sales for HSBC in Geneva and Zurich for the past three years. Other career milestones include Lyxor/Amundi and Société Générale, where he expanded his expertise in the distribution of index solutions. Béréhouc will be based in Zurich, but will also focus on clients in French-speaking Switzerland.

With the new additions, Vogt completes his sales team in Switzerland. Prior to joining ZKB in early 2024, he spent six years as a Senior Sales Executive at a leading global ETF provider.
