Lombard Odier has named Olivier Schirmer as a senior vice president within its wealth management division. According to his LinkedIn profile, the private banker joined the firm in Zurich this February.

Schirmer was most recently an executive director for wealth management at UBS. He had spent the previous 28 years working for Credit Suisse, where he had last been a market head for over 11 years.

However, many might recognize Schirmer as the former branch manager of Credit Suisse Zurich-Rathausplatz. Schirmer oversaw the office on Limmatquai from 2008 until 2013. Lombard Odier declined to comment on the move at the time of publication.
