Swiss IT Specialist Joins Forces with German Wealth-Tech

Fincite and Knowledge Lab are joining forces, the two fintech companies announced on Thursday.

Their goal is to pool their expertise and offer banks an efficient and seamless integration process without requiring modifications to existing system architectures (core banking systems). «Instead of lengthy system integrations, existing core banking systems remain untouched while innovative technologies are seamlessly integrated,» they stated.

«The combination of the two SaaS solutions—Fincite’s CIOS and Knowledge Lab’s Integration Lab—enables a smooth, low-risk transformation. The result is a cutting-edge platform for advisors, covering everything from digital client onboarding to real-time investment reporting,» according to the announcement.

Faster and More Cost-Effective

The key advantage of this approach is that implementation can be completed within just a few months, making it ultimately more cost-efficient. Additionally, the core banking system remains untouched.

«Thanks to Knowledge Lab’s deep expertise, we can effortlessly integrate our solutions into existing systems and ensure a rapid and cost-effective transformation,» said Paul Kammerer, CCO of Fincite.

«Banks that are willing to take innovative approaches can achieve their transformation more easily and quickly than they previously expected,» added Christian Hanke, Director of Account Management at Fincite.
