Maerki Baumann & Co. announced on Thursday that it is expanding its services for entrepreneurs. Under the leadership of Sascha Näf, a specialized team will offer advisory services on optimal wealth structuring.

The newly created business division, Entrepreneur Banking, integrates key services related to corporate, retirement, and private wealth while considering relevant tax considerations. Maerki Baumann is also introducing an innovative 1e pension solution as part of this initiative.

Former UBS Banker Heads the New Division

According to Maerki Baumann, the Entrepreneur Banking division addresses a growing and significant client need. The bank sees this as a timely response to market demand.

The management team appointed Sascha Näf to lead the new Entrepreneur Banking division. Näf brings extensive experience in wealth planning, retirement planning, and financial planning. Most recently, he held various leadership roles in these areas at UBS in Zurich.

Before his tenure at UBS, Näf gained experience at VZ VermögensZentrum in Winterthur. «With Sascha Näf, we have secured a dedicated professional and proven expert to lead the Entrepreneur Banking division in the best interests of our clients,» Maerki Baumann CEO Stephan Zwahlen said.
