Reto Jauch is one of Switzerland's most experienced headhunters, specializing in the search for board members and CEOs. He is also a co-founder and managing partner of the executive search firm Schulthess, Zimmermann & Jauch based in Zurich, London, Munich and New York.

Before starting his own business, he worked for A.T. Kearney until 2002, first as Head of Switzerland and later as Head of Europe for the Executive Search Practice.
