First Sentier Investors Hires Swiss Life Man
The international asset manager First Sentier Investors has appointed Hendrik Neumann as Institutional Business Development Director at its headquarters in Frankfurt. Neumann will join the team of Sascha Beisheim, Senior Institutional Business Development Director, DACH. According to Wednesday's announcement, he will be responsible for the expansion of business with institutional clients as well as the specialized investment team of Igneo Infrastructure Partners and FSSA Investment Managers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Neumann has 15 years of experience in asset management and specialises in the distribution of equities, ESG and alternative investments. Most recently, he worked as Sales Director Institutional Asset Management at Swiss Life Asset Managers. Prior to that, he held various positions in the institutional business at Lingohr & Partner, Artis Institutional Capital Management and Feri Trust.
Strengthen Customer Relationships
Emmanuel Litique, Head of the German branch of First Sentier Investors, has clear expectations of the new man: «With his support, we will be able to further expand our client relationships with pension funds, pension schemes, insurance companies, and family offices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.»
First Sentier Investors manages €141 billion in assets globally and is owned by Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, one of Japan's largest banks.
