Since October 1, 2024, Marc Fankhauser has been serving as Sales Director at Assenagon in Zurich, the company announced on Tuesday. The investment analyst specializes in advising and serving German-speaking clients in Switzerland.

He reports directly to Matthias Kunze, Head of Distribution and a member of Assenagon's management board.

Fifth Sales Hire This Year

With his experience in customer service and managing complex financial solutions — gained most recently at Evooq and previously at Vontobel —along with his qualification as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Fankhauser brings strong credentials for serving demanding clients, according to the company.

Fankhauser is the fifth sales hire at Assenagon this year. «The expansion of our sales team not only highlights the increased demand for qualified client support but also reflects the company's positive development and its growth in a highly competitive market,» said Kunze.
