Ticino Family Bank Acquires Family Office
Ceresio Investors, a Swiss financial group owned by the Italian-Swiss Foglia family, which has been active in the financial world for over 100 years, has acquired Lagom Family Advisors, a company based in Chiasso. The transaction was conducted through the parent company, Banca del Ceresio in Lugano, according to finewsticino.ch.
Founded in 2017 by Alida Carcano (also the General Manager of BG Valeur in Lugano) and Severino Pugliesi, Lagom Family Advisors is a multi-family office specializing in consolidation, analysis, and wealth advisory services for a select group of families.
Independence of Judgment
This acquisition aligns with Ceresio Investors’ strategy of offering clients services across Switzerland and Italy, including wealth management, structuring and consolidation of complex assets, corporate advisory, and investment banking.

Banca del Ceresio was advised on the transaction by Fiduciaria Mega’s legal and tax team, with partners Stefano Grisanti and Alessandra Balerna; Lagom Family Advisors received counsel from the law firm Studio Legale Lucheschi Mascheroni.
