Resolve: First National Training Program for Mortgage Advisory
The new Resolve training program is primarily aimed at financial professionals looking to deepen their expertise in mortgage brokerage, pension planning, and tax advisory. Resolve also seeks to attract young professionals with banking experience who are interested in starting their own franchise business or joining an existing team of experts.
The program lasts between eight and twelve weeks and is divided into three phases. The first phase, which is theoretical, spans two weeks and covers more than 35 modules on topics such as client acquisition, conversion, leadership, and business development. The second phase is practical, integrating participants into local teams to handle real customer inquiries. In the final phase, participants will establish their own franchise business within the Resolve network.
High Demand for Experts
«We are convinced that this training is the key to success for future financing specialists in Switzerland,» says Romain Dequesne, CEO of Resolve. He emphasizes the potential compared to more mature markets: «While there are currently about 1,000 experts in the field, the estimated need is around 5,000.»
Four Additional Locations
Following the successful launch of its Zurich office, Resolve is expanding its presence in German-speaking Switzerland by opening four new franchise locations in St. Gallen, Frauenfeld, Solothurn, and Zug. These new branches are part of the company’s broader expansion strategy. By the end of the year, Resolve plans to establish twelve new franchise businesses and train around 30 professionals.
«Expanding our network is crucial to meet the increasing expectations of private clients and real estate professionals, who increasingly appreciate the value of solid financing advice. Our goal is to be present in every canton of Switzerland, providing a local service with regional expertise and cutting-edge technology,» says Morgan Pauwels, Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Resolve.
