Helvetica Appoints Sustainability Specialist

Philipp Good has been elected by the general assembly as a member of the Board of Directors for both Helvetica Property Group AG and the fund management company Helvetica Property Investors AG. He replaces Herbert Kahlich, who will not seek re-election in the spring of 2025 due to retirement.

Good brings extensive experience in asset, portfolio, and product management, as well as expertise in managing pension assets and sustainability-focused investment products. According to the company’s statement on Tuesday, «his proven expertise in sustainable investment solutions will ensure that Helvetica’s real estate funds are well-positioned for the future, delivering stable and attractive long-term returns for our investors,» said Peter E. Bodmer, Chairman of Helvetica’s Board of Directors.

Asset Manager to the Core

Good has held leadership roles in asset management for over 20 years. His career includes more than ten years at Fisch Asset Management, where he most recently served as Co-CEO. In 2021, he co-founded ESG-AM, a firm specializing in sustainable investment solutions, where he serves as CEO. He is also a board member of a subsidiary of Avadis, an asset management firm.

Founded in 2006, Helvetica Property Investors is a FINMA-regulated real estate fund management and asset management company. As reported by finews.ch, Helvetica made three new hires in May of this year.
