Zurich Star from Lombard Odier Turns Up at Geneva Private Bank
As finews.com reported back in July, a heavyweight in offshore private banking has left the private bank Lombard Odier. Thanks to his client portfolio, which focuses on the United Kingdom, he was considered one of the key players at the Zurich branch.
According to his LinkedIn profile, he is now working at the Cité Gestion Private Bank in Zurich. Along with him, Fabia Schulthess and portfolio manager Philipp Haverkamp have also switched firms.
Former subsidiary of Lombard Odier
On LinkedIn, Rauber writes that the team brings together decades of combined expertise and a commitment to always act in the best interests of clients.
Originally, Cité Gestion was founded as an independent asset manager by Lombard Odier. The company operated as a subsidiary until a management buyout in 2017. Five years later, Cité Gestion, now with its own banking license, merged with the multi-family office Sartus Capital, as finews.com also reported at the time.
Assets under management at Cité Gestion amount to approximately 7 billion francs.
