Allianz Global Investors (AllianzGI) is expanding its Swiss multi-asset team, which was established last July. On August 1, Patrik Schuler joined AllianzGI as Senior Portfolio Manager for Multi-Asset, the asset manager announced on Tuesday.

Schuler will work with the team to develop and manage a multi-asset product range specifically tailored to the needs of Swiss clients.

Previously at UBS AM

Before joining AllianzGI, Schuler was Head of Client Portfolio & Solution Management for Multi-Asset and Equities at Credit Suisse Asset Management, now UBS AM, since November 2017. In this role, he was responsible for creating customized investment proposals for institutional and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

He began his career at Credit Suisse Group in February 2006 and held various positions as a Portfolio Manager and Product Specialist in Equity, Indirect Real Estate, and Multi-Asset.
