Founder Claude Baumann is passing the board's chairmanship to his long-time colleague Sibylle Peter. Simultaneously, the current Editor-in-chief Dominik Buholzer will take over as CEO, effective August 1, 2024.

Baumann, one of Switzerland's leading financial journalists, will continue writing for the group’s various websites and oversee selected projects within the company.
