After 20 years, Carsten Miehling is handing over the management of PPI Schweiz to Florian Stade, as announced by the company on Monday.

Miehling founded PPI Schweiz (formerly Recon) in 2004 and, alongside Rolf Zumsteg, built the company into a leading provider of payments consulting for the financial sector over two decades. «Carsten, together with Rolf, has established PPI Schweiz as an attractive employer and reliable partner in the Swiss financial world,» says Thorsten Völkel, CEO of the German parent company PPI AG.

Leading the Company into the Next Growth Phase

«It has been an incredibly fulfilling journey to accompany PPI Schweiz from its founding to today. I am proud of what we have achieved together. Florian Stade brings extensive experience and fresh perspectives that will lead PPI Schweiz into its next growth phase,» says Miehling.

Transition Occurs in October

Stade has been with the PPI Group since 2012 and with PPI Schweiz since 2015. He has contributed to the development of PPI Schweiz in various leadership positions. «I am very much looking forward to the new challenge and am grateful for the trust that Carsten and the entire team have placed in me,» explains Florian Stade.

The leadership change will take place in October. Miehling will continue to support the company and will once again focus more on project work in the future.
