Strotbek Announces Another High-Profile Addition
Jan Hendrik Novotny is moving from IntReal to Strotbek to become COO, announced the real estate specialist based in Engelberg on Tuesday.
Following Arnd Stricker (CEO of Strotbek Capital Partners) and Norbert Kickum (Group CEO of Strotbek Holding), Novotny is the third real estate and capital markets expert to join the advisory and investment boutique in a short period.
Novotny will become Co-Partner and Chief Operating Officer at the investment and asset management subsidiary Strotbek Investment Partners.
Aiming for a Leading Role in the DACH Region
Michael Trübestein, Chairman of the Board, emphasizes the recent additions of personnel and partners: «A strong, very experienced team is now in place. Together, we aim to develop Strotbek into one of the leading investment and asset managers in the DACH region.»
Most recently, Novotny served as an authorized signatory at service KVG IntReal, overseeing fund setups, Europe-wide acquisitions, ESG strategies, and portfolio fund management.
Strotbek Capital Partners is a leading advisor in financing, restructuring, and M&A within the real estate industry. The company currently employs 36 people across its offices in Engelberg, Frankfurt am Main, and Innsbruck.
