Vaudoise Appoints Two New Members to the Board

The Vaudoise Board of Directors has appointed Kristel Rouiller as Director of Human Resources effective November. Additionally, Bruno Férolles will become Director of Personal Insurance, succeeding Jacques Marmier in the executive committee starting October. Marmier, who has been with the Vaudoise Group for 28 years, will retire in 2025, according to a statement released Wednesday.

This appointment fills the vacant position of head of human resources since January, following the departure of Karim Abdelatif, attributed at the time to «differing views on the implementation of the company's strategy.»

Years of Experience

Kristel Rouiller brings over 20 years of experience in human resources across various national and international companies, including her current role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Group Mutuel since 2018, as indicated on her LinkedIn profile. Previously, she spent nearly 11 years at Nestlé.

Bruno Férolles has over 20 years of experience in asset management and insurance.
