Andreas Schwab-Gatschet and Yves Gyr are the new partners of Forvis Mazars in Switzerland. The international audit, tax, and advisory firm announced this on Monday.

Further expansion of the Bern location

Andreas Schwab-Gatschet, along with his team, will lead the Audit and Assurance division from the Bern location. According to the announcement, this division is set to be further developed and expanded. He has over 20 years of experience in auditing and consulting for national and international companies, public sector institutions, healthcare, as well as the industrial and service sectors.

Further growth in the Financial Services sector in focus

With Yves Gyr, Forvis Mazars has secured an expert from the insurance sector. He has many years of experience with several audit firms, most recently as head of the insurance sector in Switzerland.

According to the press release, Gyr will play a key role in the further expansion of the Financial Services sector.
