Verium enables clients to participate in club deals in the high-end condominium development sector. For years, Verium has employed a team of specialists in real estate development. Now, the Zurich-based multi-family office is expanding its expertise in the area of existing properties and has recruited Tim-Roman Cerny and John Iseli for this purpose, as announced by Verium on Tuesday.

Two Experienced Real Estate Developers

Cerny (30) is an ETH architect and an experienced real estate developer. He was most recently with Fonobs Real Estate and previously with Property One Investors. He will primarily focus on development projects and advance the strategic orientation towards in-house realization.

Iseli (34), a certified real estate manager and former Property One Investors employee, will focus on real estate asset management within Verium, concentrating on the acquisition and management of existing properties.

An Important Component of Wealth Allocation
