Rolf Kohler took over as team leader in Lombard Odier's Swiss Domestic Markets division in Zurich on December 1. The expansion of the Zurich-based crew reflects the Geneva-based bank's strategy in German-speaking Switzerland, according to a statement Monday. Zurich is the private bank's second-largest location after Geneva.

Kohler brings many years of experience in institutional and private client business. At Credit Suisse, he served institutional clients as a senior relationship manager. Later, he built up a client book of wealthy and ultra-wealthy Swiss private clients at LGT Bank.

Substantial Reinforcement

He holds a Master of Science from the University of Zurich, is a Swiss Certified Financial Analyst and Wealth Manager AZEK and is a Certified Wealth Management Advisor CWMA. With Kohler, the bank has found a substantial reinforcement for its domestic business in Zurich, said Andreas Arni, Head of Markets Switzerland.
