German Investment Firm Expanding in Zurich

Following the acquisition of Zurich-based asset manager Limmat Wealth at the start of 2021, the German investment house Feri is expanding and reshuffling its team in Zurich, according to a statement on Thursday.

Frank Straatmann, longtime private client executive at Feri is the new chairman of the board of directors of Feri (Switzerland). He succeeds Antje Biber, who was responsible for building Feri in Switzerland the last nine years, and for the acquisition of Limmat Wealth. Biber now will focus on the Feri SDG Office, founded in 2019, which she heads, to further advance sustainability initiatives.

Client Base

Feri's team in Zurich consists of around 25 employees serving more than 200 institutional and private clients, with Silvio Jagunic as its operational head. The employee number is likely to grow with plans to expand the portfolio management team in coming months.

Founding partner and long-time Limmat Wealth chairman Maurizio Genoni, is responsible for the private client business. An expansion of the wealth management division is planned.
