Close on the heels of «americanswelcome.ch» follows «americanswelcome-expats.ch». The first platform of the two, founded by Anne Liebgott, wants to direct U.S. customers back to Swiss banks. The second is aimed at the expat community, the start-up «Where Americans are Welcome» (WAAW) said in a release.

After the implementation of Fatca and further regulatory measures, Americans working and living in Switzerland are welcomed back at some Swiss banks. The platform also includes offers by insurance brokers, tax consultants, relocation companies and concierge agencies.

Next on WAAW's agenda is the launch of a platform aimed at companies and start-ups planning to open business in Switzerland.
