Mercer Reports Increase in Assets

Mercer, a global consulting leader in advancing health, wealth and career, announced that assets under delegated management closed the year of 2017 at $227 billion, up 45 percent from the $157 billion reached at year end 2016.

New client inflows accounted for approximately $48 billion of the increase. To date, more than 1,100 institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies, private banks, family offices, endowments, foundations and other client types have appointed Mercer to manage assets on a delegated basis.
