Helvetica Appoints New Chairman

Peter Bodmer is stepping down with immediate effect from his long-standing role as Chairman of the Board at both companies, according to a statement released on Thursday. The chairmanship will now be taken over by Philipp Good, who has been a member of the Board since 2024.

Good brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the asset management industry. He is currently CEO and co-founder of the asset manager ESG-AM. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at Fisch Asset Management, serving as CEO during his final three years until 2020.

The Board of Directors of Helvetica Property Investors will also be strengthened by the appointment of Rolf Helbling as a new member. Helbling is the founder and CEO of Carnot Capital, a specialized asset manager focused on energy and resource efficiency. He brings more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure investments, private equity, institutional asset management, and advising Swiss pension funds, the statement adds.

These changes to the Board mark the final step in a comprehensive renewal process at Helvetica Property Investors, the company said. This process will be completed in the coming weeks with the integration of the HSO Fund into the HSC Fund.

The Board of Directors expressed its gratitude to Peter Bodmer for his many years of service, particularly for his role in repositioning the commercial fund platform and expanding assets under management to approximately CHF 1,5 billion.
